BEING A DOG IS MESSY BUSINESS

Messy Mutts is a Toronto-based pet brand that makes everyday life with a dog easier, healthier and a lot more fun. From mealtime and playtime to walks, bath time and clean-up, we design the gear that keeps busy brains engaged and happy bellies fed. We’re part of Jascor Housewares Inc., a Canadian housewares company.

IT STARTED WITH DAISY AND DAVIS

Chris and Lauren’s dogs, Daisy and Davis, loved the great outdoors: mud, puddles (the bigger the better), and more mud. They also inhaled their dinner in seconds and got bored fast on rainy days. Chris had spent years designing housewares, so he started asking a simple question: what if the things around a dog’s day actually made it better? Messy Mutts grew from there.

Dogs are built to sniff, search, lick and work for their food. Our feeding and enrichment range lets them do it:

• Slow feeders and puzzles turn gulping into grazing, so fast eaters slow down and mealtime becomes a brain game.
• Lick mats and snuffle mats tap into natural foraging instincts. Great for calming, boredom and rainy-day energy.
• Raised feeders support better posture at mealtime, and our adjustable feeder grows with your pup through three heights.

OUR LATEST AND GREATEST: POOP BAGS, REINVENTED

We love talkin’ $h!t. Our newest addition is a groundbreaking line of poop bags made with Advanced BioRecycle™ Technology. Designed for durability and leak-proof performance, each of our poop bags is treated with an organic food additive that accelerates the bag’s breakdown in landfill, reducing the persistent presence and impact of microplastics and creating a source of renewable energy! Pair them with our silicone bag dispensers and holders and you’re covered on every walk.

Pick up with purpose: put recycled plastic back to work, and reduce plastic waste on our planet!

Everything is designed with food-grade silicone, stainless steel and durable, easy-clean materials. Most of it goes straight in the dishwasher.

STILL A LITTLE MESSY

We won’t pretend dogs are tidy. Our mats and bowls still catch the splashes. We just think a dog’s day should be about more than a clean floor. It should be healthier, more interesting, and a little more fun. Don’t you agree?
